Maria graduated from the University of Miami where she attained a double bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biology. She also obtained her Master's degree from Nova Southeastern University as a Mental Health Counselor with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Maria Patricia is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and had the opportunity to travel to different countries in Latin America to provide Applied Behavioral services to children and their families.

Nikkie earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and Family & Child Sciences from Florida State University, working as a research assistant under prestigious professors studying cognitive development, family relationships, and academic success. She is currently working on her Master’s of Science degree in Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University. Nikkie has loved her journey in the field of ABA. 

Renee Vassell received her M.A. double Major in Mental Health Counseling and Applied Behavioral Analysis at Nova Southeastern University, in June 2017. Renee has been working with children with Autism, Mental Disability, and Developmental Delay for over 8 years. Renee has experience working in settings such as in-home, summer camp, school, and private centers. Her experience working with children with Autism ages ranges from 2-11 years old. 

Alexa received her M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder from Ball State University. She has been in the ABA field for the past eight years, working with children with disabilities in the school, home, and clinic settings, where she worked as an RBT for 3 years and has now been a BCBA for 4 years. 

Marvia graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Before finding her true passion her goal was to become an attorney. Now she is a Registered Behavior Technician who truly enjoys every minute of working with children with ASD, giving them  and their parents/ caregivers the tools to be able to improve their lives and for their success through ABA, with dedication, commitment and, love.  Marvia is planning on furthering her education by completing her master’s degree as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Diana Is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She holds the title of B.A. in Clinical Psychology with foundations and training in applied behavior analysis. As well as a Master’s degree in developmental disabilities from Nova Southeastern University with a concentration in ABA and Early Intervention. She is a certified ITDS (Infant-Toddler Development Specialist) and worked with the Early Steps program from Broward County for 4 years. She has been working in the field of ABA since 2005. 

Rain graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Criminal Justice. During this time, she discovered the field of ABA and found a passion for working with children and helping them reach their highest potential. Rain worked as a Registered Behavior Technician for 3 years at Evolving Minds Together. In 2023, she obtained her M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis Practice from Florida Institute of Technology. Rain has now obtained her certification as a BCBA.  She is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. Rain is very passionate about ABA and loves working with children by helping them with their communication, independence, and functional living skills. 

With over five years of dedicated experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Ashley is a compassionate and driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst committed to making meaningful, lasting change in the lives of her clients and their families. Her approach is deeply rooted in empathy, clinical excellence, and a genuine passion for education—both her own and that of the next generation of practitioners.

Throughout her career, Ashley has specialized in training and mentoring intermediate to advanced-level Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), helping them build strong clinical skills, deepen their understanding of behavior analytic principles, and grow confidently in their roles. She believes that well-supported RBTs are essential to the success of any ABA program, and she takes pride in fostering collaborative, informed, and motivated teams.  

Marian graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. During her undergrad, she discovered a passion for working with children as she volunteered at the Center for Children and Families. She then decided to continue her education and obtained a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. Marian has experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities and loves to be a part of their growth and development. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and is very excited to be a part of this amazing team and continue to help her clients reach their full potential!

Gabriella is an RBT who has a passion for working with children. She is currently attending Florida International University in order to obtain her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration in behavior analysis. Gabriella is fluent in both English and Spanish. She looks to obtain a master’s in behavior analysis in order to further her education in the field to become a BCBA. She strives to continue to help children of all ages reach their full potential!

Courtney Arbildo is a BCBA who has been working in the field of ABA since 2015. She earned a B.S. in Psychology from the UCF and an M.A. in Special Education with a focus in ABAs from ASU in 2024. After discovering ABA after finishing her Bachelor's, she quickly developed a passion for helping individuals reach their fullest potential through ABA. Courtney has worked with children of all ages and remains dedicated to using compassionate strategies to make impactful changes in the lives of her clients and their caregivers.

Liron earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Florida International University and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Nova Southeastern University. Her education and training have equipped her to support individuals with diverse needs, especially children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities. Liron has experience working with children of all ages and is passionate about child development and behavioral health. She takes a compassionate, evidence-based approach and is committed to continuous professional growth. Through her work, she strives to empower children and their families, fostering meaningful progress and positive change.

Katherine is attending Florida International University where she will be obtaining her bachelor’s degree in psychology. Katherine has been working in the ABA field for 3 years. Katherine feels very passionate about working with children and their families to help them achieve all kinds of goals. Katherine is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Her end goal is to further her education in ABA and obtain a Master’s degree to become certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Brooke earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2020 and quickly found her calling in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis where she discovered a passion for supporting children with developmental and communication challenges. Driven to deepen her expertise, Brooke pursued and completed her master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis in December 2024 and is currently working towards obtaining her BCBA certification. Brooke is passionate about making meaningful changes by helping children develop communication skills, independence, and confidence through consistent interventions. 

Giselle has always had a love for working with children and aiding in their development. She completed her Child Development Associate (CDA) and has been working with children ages 18 months to 6 years old for the last 7 years. She has experience working with typically developing children as well as children with ASD and has a passion for helping them develop every day and learn new skills. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and hopes to make a difference every day with her role in ABA. Giselle is currently working towards furthering her education in this field.

Elizabeth graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a focus in ABA. She discovered her passion for working with children at a young age and has always been interested in childhood growth and development. She obtained her RBT certification in October 2020 and plans to return to school for her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis and ultimately become a BCBA. She is committed to making a positive change in her clients’ lives and helping them to reach their full potential!

Hi, I’m Gabriella Hernandez, I’m an RBT lead with over four years of experience working with children in the ABA field. I am currently working towards a masters degree to become a BCBA. I’m passionate about helping kids grow and succeed. I love being apart of a supportive, team oriented environment. Outside of work, I enjoy working out, trying new foods, and spending time with my friends. 

I’m Mayra Paredes, I'm an RBT lead and I have been working with children for the past 10 years. I began as a kids fitness instructor and I have spent the last two years and a half as an RBT. I love working in the ABA field because I love helping the kids become more independent, and through that I feel that l'm making a positive impact on their lives, just as they improve mine every day! The kids inspire me and keep me motivated to keep growing and advancing in my career, as l'm pursuing a path in psychology with the goal of becoming a BCBA in the future. In my free time, I enjoy working out, reading, and spending quality time with my family. I love being a part of the EMT team because everyone is incredibly supportive, and I truly feel like I belong. Plus, the RBTs and BCBAs here are simply amazing!

Stephanie is an RBT Lead and Training Specialist with five years of experience in the field of ABA. She is passionate about applying the principles of compassionate ABA to help clients build meaningful skills and reach their full potential. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Arts in ABA, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys staying active with yoga, weightlifting, and running, as well as tackling small craft projects and getting lost in a good book 

 I graduated from Florida international university with a bachelor in psychology and criminal justice, while studying at FIU I discovered the field in ABA, I always been passionate  about the field and knew I wanted to study Behavioral analysis. and helping others
in 2023 I started working as an RBT and I planned to get My master on ABA and became a BCBA.  I’m bilingual in English and Spanish.

 From Venezuela to Florida, my life has been one big classroom—sometimes I’m the teacher, sometimes I’m the student. I raised three wonderful children (and now adore being a grandmother), built and ran my own school, then started over in a new country as a teacher assistant, teacher, front desk wizard, and director’s right hand—until I was back in the big chair as school director for 15 years. I even restudied my entire career to become a Certified Special Education Teacher in the U.S. Today, I’m the Administrative Assistant & HR at Evolving Minds Together, where I help incredible therapists bring ABA therapy to children. My story? Equal parts grit, passion, and just the right amount of sparkle 

Eliana has always been passionate about teaching, she started working with children in 2014 and haven’t stopped since then. She was a Preschool Education student in Venezuela, and her goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the future. Eliana is bilingual, she speaks both English and Spanish. She loves working with children and helping them to become the best version of themselves.
